Bare Acts
Bare Acts contain specific laws or legislations which are in the original form as enacted by the Legislature. A Bare Act contains a Preamble which states the intent and objective of the Law. The scope and jurisdiction of applicability and date of enforcement of the Law is also provided in a Bare Act. The Executive and the Judiciary comply and interpret the Law in the spirit of the intent of the Legislature. Besides academics and students of Law, even a common man needs to rely on bare Acts in his everyday life. This Section provides a subject wise compilation of numerous Bare Acts of Indian Laws.
This segment presents a series of recent judgments pronounced by Honorable High Courts of different states and the Honorable Supreme Court of India. A judgment comes as a relief to an aggrieved party which often creates a significant impact in the society and attempts to transform the socio-economic fabric of the nation. A Judgment is not only binding upon the parties to a suit or proceeding instituted before a particular Court which passes the judgment but also enforceable by the administrative and legal machinery of the nation. Hence, it is also known as judge-made-law.  A court, in its judgment attempts to interpret the statutory law and provides remedies against unforeseen contingencies which are not clearly provided in the statutes creating confusion and uncertainty.
